Our clinic is open Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. We have a team of experienced and dedicated healthcare professionals, including family physicians, nurses, medical office assistants, chronic care nurses, and psychologists. We also have a referral navigator and a patient information coordinator who can help patients navigate the healthcare system and quickly find the information they are looking for.
