Rimbey Medical Clinic is a well-established primary care facility that has been serving the community of Rimbey, Alberta for many years. Our clinic is part of the Wolf Creek Primary Care Network, which includes physicians and healthcare professionals from Lacombe, Ponoka, Sylvan Lake, and Innisfail. Our goal is to provide comprehensive, multidisciplinary primary medical care to our patients, with a strong emphasis on teamwork, preventative healthcare, and timely access to care.

At Rimbey Medical Clinic, we believe that building strong and lasting relationships with our patients is essential to ensuring that all of their needs are met. We are committed to establishing relationships with our patients, taking care of them through all of their healthcare events and needs. We strive to be our patients' medical home, quarterbacking their care whether that be with other members of the healthcare team, including nurses, pharmacists, dieticians, psychologists, and other therapists, or referring them to a specialist physician or for tests and investigations.

Our clinic is open Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. We have a team of experienced and dedicated healthcare professionals, including family physicians, nurses, medical office assistants, chronic care nurses, and psychologists. We also have a referral navigator and a patient information coordinator who can help patients navigate the healthcare system and quickly find the information they are looking for.

Patient Information

We strive to provide our patients with quick and easy access to the information they need. Our patient information coordinator can help patients find information on local, provincial, and national health resources, as well as information on our clinic policies and procedures.

Patients can access their personal health information through our online patient portal, which allows them to view their test results, request prescription renewals, and communicate with their healthcare team.
