Transparent Pricing
We believe in transparent and fair pricing for all of our services. That's why we bill based on industry blue book pricing, rather than by the hour or minute. We also offer a $50 rebate if you have a service call but do not proceed with repair. We want to ensure that our customers are getting the best value for their money, and that there are no surprises when it comes to the final bill.

In addition to our repair services, we also offer a wide variety of parts for DIY repairs. We understand that sometimes, fixing an appliance yourself can be a cost-effective solution. That's why we carry parts for all major manufacturers, and can get any part that is still being made. By ordering through us, you can save on online shipping costs and have the peace of mind that you are getting a genuine, high-quality part.
Warranty and Payment
We warranty our repairs for 30 days for labour and 1 year for parts. We believe in standing behind our work and giving our customers the confidence that their appliances will continue to function properly. For out of warranty repairs, the minimum charge is processed the same day as your service call, with the balance processed when repair is complete. High value parts may require a deposit before ordering.
Customer Data and Missed Appointments
At Mellish Appliance Service, we take the privacy and security of our customers seriously. Any customer data collected is used solely for completing appliance repairs, and is not shared or sold. We also have a strict policy for missed appointments, with a $50 fee charged if cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or if no one is home when the technician arrives.
