By purchasing 96 fluid oz of Husqvarna's pre-mixed fuel at the time of purchase of select handheld products, you can extend your warranty from the standard 2 years up to a 5-year limited consumer warranty. Eligible handheld products include chainsaws, blowers, hedge trimmers, pole saws, and trimmers, and are intended for non-income producing personal use or household purposes. To qualify for the 3-year extension (total of 5 years), you must purchase at least 96 fluid oz of Husqvarna brand pre-mixed fuel and register your product online. For the 1-year extension (total of 3 years), you must purchase at least six bottles of Husqvarna brand 2-stroke oil and register your product online. For multiple units, each qualifying handheld product must have an accompanying amount of 2-stroke oil or pre-mixed fuel on the original receipt. Proof of purchase must be kept for the length of the warranty, and Husqvarna reserves the right to request this receipt prior to warranty work being performed.
