Cancellation Policy
We have a 24 Hour Cancellation policy. Failure to give proper notice before a missed appointment will result in a fee of $17.00 per hour/ $11.00 per half hour. The proceeds collected under this policy go directly to compensate the service providers who have lost income due to an untimely cancellation. It is not a punitive policy but rather one of restoration. Any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to ask. We appreciate your understanding.
