We specialize in lifting sunken concrete surfaces of all sizes and thicknesses, including driveways, sidewalks, garage floors, stairs, porches, additions, warehouse floors, and office floors. Whether it's an interior or exterior surface, or a pad with a building on it, we have the expertise and equipment to get the job done efficiently and effectively. Our lifting process involves drilling holes in the concrete pad, approximately every 4 feet, and then hydraulically pumping a mix of sand, cement, water, and bentonite clay underneath to lift the surface back into place. We fill the holes with grout or grout and rocks, depending on the type of slab, and the water evaporates, leaving solid ground beneath the slab.
