Safety and Maintenance

  • Uncaring and Abrasive Staff Response to Sidewalk Incident: Mike Marthaller's wife fell due to a poorly maintained sidewalk at the rear entrance of the building. When the staff was informed of the problem, they were uncaring and abrasive, and the broken sidewalk was not repaired or marked the following day.
