Banking Experience and Customer Service
- Vantage One's Okanagan Landing Branch Closure: Mark Boulter, a customer of 13 years, is disappointed with the closure of the Okanagan Landing branch, finding the staff to be helpful and courteous. He is also concerned about the inconvenience caused by the long lines at the remaining open branch during lunch break banking.
- Friendly and Efficient Service: Siljane Armbruster, a member for 30 years, appreciates the friendly and efficient service provided by Vantage One, stating that she wouldn't change banks.
Service Charges and Fees
- Exploitative Fee Structure: Jordan Munro criticizes Vantage One's fee structure on their chequing accounts, calling it "robbery" and feels that the financial institution is living in the past and exploiting clients.
Safety and Maintenance
- Uncaring and Abrasive Staff Response to Sidewalk Incident: Mike Marthaller's wife fell due to a poorly maintained sidewalk at the rear entrance of the building. When the staff was informed of the problem, they were uncaring and abrasive, and the broken sidewalk was not repaired or marked the following day.

- Thanksgiving Turkey Gift: Bob McIver appreciates Vantage One's gift of turkeys for Thanksgiving, making it an amazing banking establishment where customers feel at home.
