Security and Safety Concerns
The majority of reviewers expressed concerns about the security and safety of the underground parking garage at 315 McRae. Issues mentioned include theft, vandalism, loitering, and homeless individuals sleeping in the garage. Despite having security cameras and personnel doing rounds, reviewers felt that these measures were insufficient to address the problems.
Lack of Maintenance and Cleaning
Reviewers also complained about the poor cleanliness of the garage, with reports of litter, random containers, and puddles of unknown substances. The garage is only cleaned twice a year, which is deemed insufficient by many reviewers.
Inadequate Response from Management
Many reviewers expressed frustration with the management's response to their concerns, citing unprofessionalism, lack of responsiveness, and runaround answers. Reviewers felt that management was not taking their concerns seriously and was not doing enough to address the issues.
Access and Restriction
Some reviewers suggested restricting access to the garage, particularly after business hours, to prevent loitering and improve safety. However, management responded that this was not possible due to the need to provide guest parking for residents, which reviewers disputed.
