Emergency Corsage Solution
Girard's apparently went the extra mile to resolve a last-minute issue for Carlie Williams on her wedding day. Her decorator/florist failed to provide a corsage, but one of her bridesmaids called Girard's, and they delivered a beautifully matching corsage to the rescue in under an hour. The person wearing the corsage was none the wiser, and Carlie was extremely grateful for their timely help.
Unmet Expectations
Cindy Guthrie was left disappointed after calling days in advance for specific flowers and picking them up, only to find out none of them were available. She expressed her disappointment and frustration with the lack of fulfillment of her request.
Birthday Disappointment
Don Kenney ordered flowers for his granddaughter's 13th birthday, but they were delivered late, in the wrong color (red instead of pink), and looked nothing like the image on the website. Despite reaching out to the owner via email, he never received a response, adding to his frustration.
