Exemplary Response to Security Incident
A customer, Hitesh Talwar, had a break and enter alarm incident at midnight. The Alert Security team, particularly the owner, responded promptly and took the initiative to call the police, leading to the apprehension of the suspect within minutes. The customer expressed gratitude and appreciation for the services provided, stating that they didn't lose any money due to the efficient handling of the situation.
Dissatisfaction with Customer Service
However, another customer, Dan Marceau, had a less than satisfactory experience. He was sent on a wild goose chase, and when he tried to follow up with the representative, they were rude and hung up on him. This led to his rating of 1 star and criticism regarding professionalism.
