What should I do immediately after an accident?
Contact your insurance provider for a claim number, then visit any of our locations for an estimate. Bring insurance documents and claim number with you during business hours.
Do I have to pay my deductible?
Not if you're not at fault and your adjuster waives it. At-fault claims require deductible payment upfront, which may be reimbursed later by your insurance company.
Is loaner vehicle availability guaranteed?
We provide courtesy cars and have rental partners onsite. Availability depends on insurance coverage, but we work to ensure transportation solutions for all customers.
Can I drop off my car immediately for repairs?
We require an initial estimate first to prepare loaner vehicles and order parts. Same-day drop-off is possible in some cases but requires prior coordination.
Do you offer lifetime warranty coverage?
Yes, we provide lifetime warranty on all repairs and parts as long as you own the vehicle. This covers both workmanship and materials.
Do you handle glass repair claims?
