Our History
Established in 1985 by Allen Frankel, Markham Podiatry has been a pillar of the medical community in Markham, serving the residents of the greater Toronto community. Our clinic benefits from the innovative training and techniques brought by Tej Sahota and the 30+ years of experience brought by Allen Frankel.

Our Team
Our team is led by Tej Sahota, DPM, AACFAS, who brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our clinic. Tej was born in Clearwater, B.C. and spent most of his childhood in Edmonton, Alberta before moving to Brampton, Ontario in 1991. He graduated from the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine (now the Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine) with a 4-year medical degree of Doctor of Podiatric Medicine. Allen Frankel, the founder of Markham Podiatry, brings over 30 years of experience to our clinic, and Alexandra Witte completes our team with her exceptional clinical skills and dedication to patient care.
