Mike Mattern, A. Sc. T - President

Mike Mattern is the President of MPM Construction Services Ltd., holding a diploma in Civil Engineering Technology from SIAST Palliser Campus, Moose Jaw. With many years of hands-on experience in the Engineering and Construction fields, Mike has excelled in multiple roles ranging from materials testing, drafting, and subdivision design to Contract Administration, Project Management, and land development. Mike oversees job site progress and ensures that client needs are satisfied during each project. When he's not working, Mike cherishes quality time with his wife, Sherry, and their three dogs, works on vehicles, attends Rider games, and spends time with family and friends.

Chantelle Schlechter - Office Manager

Chantelle Schlechter joined the accounting field in 2016 and earned an Accounting Diploma from Saskatchewan Polytechnics in 2018. Quickly thereafter, she assumed the MPM Office Management position in 2019 and presently takes care of all accounting, payroll functions, major company finances, and government sector transactions. Outside of work, Chantelle enjoys spending time with her husband and fur babies, vacationing, boating with family, and working on craft projects.

Jill Boyce - Project Manager

Jill Boyce has had a passion for the construction industry since beginning her electrical career in 2007. As a licensed Journeyperson Electrician, she has successfully managed an array of projects. Her strong problem-solving skills and adaptability led her to Project Management in 2020, and she's now an essential member of the MPM Construction Team, eager to strengthen her competencies alongside her experienced colleagues and establish lasting relationships within the industry. When she's not working, Jill loves taking her family on camping and fishing trips, attending the beach, cheering for the Roughriders, coaching her kids in Baseball, and enjoying live music.

Ronel Anyog - Estimator

Ronel Anyog holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (1987) from Far Eastern University in Manila, Philippines. His professional career spans over three decades and includes various positions such as Cost Estimator, Office Engineer, Engineering Supervisor, Project Estimator, and Engineer, covering projects in the Philippines and Taiwan before moving to Canada in 2010. As a seasoned Estimator and valuable asset to the MPM Construction Team since 2014, Ronel enjoys woodworking and spending time with his family during his free time.

Bailey Mattern - Office Administrator/Accounts Payable

Bailey Mattern began her construction career at MPM Construction Services Ltd. in June 2022. Currently pursuing a Business degree at the University of Regina, Bailey provides essential support in accounts payable, answers phone calls, and assists coworkers. Her commitment to expanding her knowledge contributes significantly to the company's success.
