Marcel received his Bachelor of Law (L.L.B.) from McGill University in 1984 and was called to the Bar in Ottawa, Ontario. He started his distinguished career practicing various areas of the law, including Trademarks, Family Law, Corporate Law, and more. His dedication and success led him to become a partner at an esteemed firm in Toronto, where he continued to excel in his practice. In 2002, Marcel fulfilled his dream of starting his law firm - Banasinski & Associates Professional Corporation, also known as DAD LAW. Under his leadership, our firm specialized in family law, with a particular focus on advocating for the rights of men and fathers.
Our firm offered a wide range of family law services, including Separation & Divorce, Custody & Access, Child Support, Spousal Support, Property Issues, and Separation Agreements. We believed in guiding our clients through the legal process with compassion, respect, and understanding, as we recognized the emotional turmoil that often accompanies family law matters. We strived to provide practical and effective solutions tailored to each client's unique situation, ensuring that their rights and interests were protected every step of the way.
