Lazar Sarna, a member of the Bar of Quebec, has practiced law in a variety of fields, including corporate and litigation matters. He has appeared before the Supreme Court of Canada and has published several notable works on banking and commercial law.

Asher Neudorfer, a member of the Bar of Quebec since 1987, practices family law, labour law, wills and estates, human rights issues, and general civil law. He has published several legal reviews and co-authored a book on the law of hypothecs in Quebec.

Joseph Neudorfer, a member of the Bar of Quebec since 2000, is a commercial and civil litigation attorney with extensive experience in the courtroom and the boardroom. He has represented clients in a range of industries, including cryptocurrency, cannabis, and cybersecurity.
