Our Approach to Learning

Our classes cater to three distinct age groups, each receiving tailored instruction designed to match their physical capacity and learning pace. Students will embark on a journey that encompasses physical training, mental focus, and self-defense techniques.

Junior Program (5-9 years)

• Develop foundational skills in basic techniques, movement, and Kata.
• Learn self-defense basics and explore the core values of Kyokushin Karate.
• Fosters confidence, discipline, and physical coordination.

Intermediate Program (10-14 years)

• Strengthen technical skills in kihon, kata, and self-defense.
• Develop advanced awareness through Ido Geko (moving basics) and Kumite (sparring).
• Prepare for grading exams and participate in regional tournaments.

Adult Program (10+ years)

• Refine existing skills and delve deeper into advanced techniques.
• Learn advanced Kata variations and complex kumite strategies.
