Our Story

Anthony Pearson Architect was founded in 2005, but our story began much earlier. Our principal architect, Anthony Pearson, has been practicing architecture since 1981, working in sole practice and partnerships, including McLean Pearson Architects and CSV Consultants Architects. Throughout his career, Anthony has honed his skills and expertise, earning a degree in architecture from Carleton University and becoming a member of both the Ontario Association of Architects and the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada. Today, our team is led by Anthony's vision to provide high-quality, affordable services that cater to the unique needs of our clients.

Our Services

Our typical projects include new houses, interior and exterior renovations and additions, bathroom and kitchen designs, deck designs, conversions to duplexes and triplexes, additions of secondary apartments, granny flats, carports, and garages, as well as assistance in obtaining building permits, minor variances, and site plan approvals.

Our team specializes in small-scale residential architecture, with a focus on renovations and additions to single-family houses in the City of Ottawa. We have experience working with various construction methods, including conventional wood-frame construction, ICF (Insulated Concrete Forms) construction, and timber frame construction.
