Overall Experience
The reviewers' experiences with the contractor were extremely negative, with both reviewers giving a 1-star rating.
Unreliability and Unprofessionalism
The reviewers were disappointed with the contractor's lack of professionalism and reliability. One reviewer, Patsy Handley, made a special trip to meet with Rob to discuss a job, but no one showed up, and there was no attempt to cancel or return calls. This lack of respect for the reviewer's time was unacceptable.
Substandard Work
S. E. Williams, the other reviewer, was dissatisfied with the quality of work provided by the contractor, describing it as "substandard." This, combined with the contractor's unprofessional behavior, led to a strong warning to "avoid at all costs."
