Aging Gracefully: This class is designed for seniors, individuals with limitations or injuries, or anyone looking to increase joint mobility, breath and body awareness, balance, strength, and vitality. The practice is gentle and adaptable, with modifications and chair supports available.

Core Power Flow: This class combines balance, core strengthening, and flexibility exercises to help students develop a strong and toned body. We focus on yoga postures that open the shoulders, hips, and spine, while strengthening the core and upper body.

Feel Good Flow: This class is designed to calm the mind and body, promoting relaxation and stress relief. We focus on building awareness of the breath and body, with attention to alignment and detail for greater stability and balance.

Hatha Yoga: This class combines traditional yoga postures, breathing techniques, and meditation to promote detoxification, balance, strength, and flexibility. We offer variations to accommodate all abilities and provide a calm and meditative atmosphere.

Stability, Mobility, Flexibility Flow: This class combines core work, joint mobility exercises, and stretching to develop flexibility and range of motion. We focus on stability, flexibility, and strength, with modifications available for all levels.

The Spinal Revolution: This gentle class is designed to promote the health and mobility of the spine, with attention to stability, flexibility, and strength. We investigate impairments and assess the spine, promoting a sense of freedom and well-being.

Strength & Core: This class is a core-based workout that combines dynamic movement and static holds to build strength, tone muscles, and improve balance. We recommend having a water bottle handy to rehydrate.

Qigong: This gentle exercise practice is designed to cultivate life energy, remove blockages, and strengthen the body. Qigong is a subtle yet powerful practice that promotes balance, harmony, and well-being.

Relax & Restore: This restorative yoga practice is designed to nourish and heal the body and mind. We use props and support to create a relaxing and calming environment, perfect for unwinding and recharging.

Vinyasa Flow: This dynamic class is designed to flow smoothly from one pose to another, using the breath to guide the movement. We promote detoxification, energization, and relaxation, with modifications available for all levels.

The Slow Burn: This class combines static holds and flowing vinyasa to build strength, stamina, and flexibility. We focus on subtle differences in the body, promoting awareness and integration.

Weekend Recovery: This restorative class is designed to help students recover from the weekend, promoting relaxation, sleep, and positivity. We use props and support to create a calming and gentle environment.

Et Tu, Gluteus?: This class focuses on toning and strengthening the glutes, using movements that engage the Gluteus Maximus, Medius, and Minimus muscles. We promote balance, flexibility, and strength in the pelvic region.

Barre Fitness: This unique class combines ballet, yoga, Pilates, and Qigong to elevate the heart rate, strengthen the muscles, and connect with the body. We promote balance, harmony, and well-being through movement and energy flow.
