Professionalism and Work Quality
Several reviewers praised the professionalism and work quality of MC Tree Services. Marg B. had a great experience with their team, who were very professional and did a terrific job in taking down three trees. Disappointing Experiences
However, Brian Freund had a disappointing experience with MC Tree Services. He hired them to remove 11 large trees from his cottage lot, but the crew only worked for two hours on the first day and didn't return despite the weather conditions. The crew also didn't respect the agreement to take down trees in sections, which he had specifically asked for. Mike, the owner, was defensive and justifiable when Brian called to express his disappointment. Brian felt that MC decided to come a day early without considering the weather conditions and then abandoned him, leaving him with a pending demolition and many large trees to deal with.
