Our Story
Moti Raja's journey began with Balwant, who successfully completed a hospitality course at the British Columbia Institute of Technology and later honed his skills at the world-renowned Hotel Vancouver. Rajan, with his extensive experience in the event industry, joined forces with Balwant to create a catering empire that would redefine the standards of culinary excellence. Together, they have created a team of experts who share their passion for delivering exceptional food and service.
