Our journey began in 2008 when our founder, Derek Maloff, started working in the construction industry. Over the years, he has grown his business into a full-scope general contractor specializing in residential projects in beautiful Kelowna, B.C. Our in-house staff handle the vast majority of project tasks, as well as perform project management and coordination of specialty trades, to complete your project on time and on budget.
