Our Litigation services include civil and commercial litigation, employment law, including wrongful and constructive dismissal, breach of contract, insurance coverage disputes, and construction liens.

Our Team

Our team consists of two experienced lawyers, Steve Gearing and Beth Gearing. Steve is a seasoned litigator with a strong track record of success in representing clients in various legal matters. Beth is a seasoned and capable business lawyer with senior-level experience advising executive management in diverse industries. Together, we share a common vision of providing high-quality legal services at substantially less cost than traditional law firms with comparable experience.
