Kung Fu
Our Kung Fu program combines traditional Shaolin techniques with modern training methods. Students develop physical strength, self-defense skills, and mental discipline through forms, sparring, and weapon training. The practice enhances coordination, builds confidence, and cultivates character through structured belt progression systems.
Tai Chi Chuan
Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan instruction focuses on slow, flowing movements to improve circulation and balance. This moving meditation reduces stress while strengthening joints and improving posture through precise form instruction and partner exercises.
Chi Kung
Chi Kung training develops internal energy through coordinated breathing and movement sequences. Our practice improves immune function and vitality while teaching energy management techniques for both martial applications and health benefits.
Meditation
Guided meditation sessions cultivate mental clarity and emotional stability. Students learn traditional techniques to quiet the mind, enhance focus, and develop intuitive awareness through seated and movement-based practices.
Spiritual Studies
Optional spiritual instruction integrates Christian principles with martial arts philosophy. This program emphasizes ethical development, personal growth, and community responsibility through scriptural study and practical application.
