Problems with Service
Several reviewers experienced poor service, including long wait times, incompetent staff, and unprofessional behavior. Ryann Robert Laughlin Fukala had a negative experience with the owner, who refused to hear them out and hung up on them. Jennifer Osmond was unhappy with the cashier's behavior towards a customer with a medical exception, and Alyssa Smith had issues with delivery wait times and complaints being ignored.
Food Issues
There were also several issues with the food. Tariffs were unhappy with the wait time and the cold food when it arrived. Nick Moran received cold pizza and garlic fingers despite waiting over an hour for the order. Tristan Goulette's food was also cold, and they had to deal with poor service and lost orders. Trev M. found hairs in the food, and Eugene G. was unhappy with the slow preparation time and lack of WiFi.
