Our story begins in 2015, with a small team of dedicated individuals in a modest 300 square foot bakery space in Lillooet, BC. Motivated by the belief that good bread has the power to nourish both the individual and the community, we embarked on a journey to create authentic, nourishing products using fresh, local ingredients.

Our Bread - Crafted with Care

In the spirit of baking for quality over quantity, our breads and pastries are meticulously crafted using 100% organic flour from Canadian mills. We employ the traditional fermentation method of sourdough, harnessing its naturally occurring bacteria to enhance the rich flavours of the grain. This mindful approach results in hearty, satisfying bread that connects people and communities.
