Across from the resort, you'll find Fort Steele Heritage Town, where you'll be transported back in time to the sights and sounds of frontier life. Our campground also borders fields with a variety of animals to discover, including horses, donkeys, and emus. The surrounding area bursts with outdoor activities of all kinds, from great hiking trails to superb lakes to amazing golf courses. Camping at Fort Steele Resort & RV Park

At Fort Steele Resort & RV Park, we offer camping for all preferences. Our sites cater to RV owners and tent campers alike, and if you prefer a solid roof over your head, we have a cabin available to keep you cozy. If you enjoy spending your holidays by the pool, we have that too! Our campground has something for everyone.

Resort Amenities

Fort Steele Resort has many features and amenities that will make your stay enjoyable. Our campground is wheelchair-accessible and pet-friendly, so you can bring your furry friend along on your adventure. All of our sites are equipped with picnic tables and room to park one vehicle (in addition to an RV at applicable sites). We also have a pavilion available to rent for special events.

Campground Map and Rates

Our campground map is available to view, so you can choose the perfect site for your stay. We offer RV, tent, pavilion, and cabin rates to fit your needs. All of our rates are subject to change without notice and do not include applicable taxes. Please note that our solar-heated swimming pool is open from late spring to early fall, depending on weather. Pool access is included at no extra charge for all registered campground guests. For registered campers, hot showers in both the men and women's bathrooms are also included at no extra charge.

Store

Come and discover our store, full of antiques for all your convenience, gifts, and gold panning needs. Our store not only serves as an Esso gas station and convenience store, but it's also your freshly-made snacks & popcorn, premium ice cream, gift, fish bait, and prospector mercantile general store of choice. You'll find something for everyone in the family!

There are so many activities and places to discover in this beautiful region. From lakes to mountains to rivers to golfing to museums and of course, the one and only Fort Steele Heritage Town.
