At Valley Girls Catering, we're passionate about one thing: serving love, one delicious meal at a time. Our story began in 2002 when our founder, Beata Kowalski, started operating the food service at Deer Valley Golf Course. Since then, we've grown to become a full-service catering company owned and operated by four amazing women: Beata, Tania Fraser, Gerda Klyne, and Allison Sweet. Together, we've built a reputation for delivering top-notch catering services, exceptional food, and unforgettable experiences.

Our Journey

Our journey has been nothing short of remarkable. We've expanded our operations to include new ventures, such as the Brickhouse Bistro in Lumsden, Fresh & Sweet in Regina, and Fresh Carnival, our passion project. We've also partnered with various organizations, including the Tartan Curling Club, Regina Beach Yacht Club, Sherwood Forest Golf & Country Club, and Mosaic Stadium, home of the Saskatchewan Roughriders. Our hard work and dedication paid off when we were featured on the Food Network's "You Gotta Eat Here" in 2014.
