• Shockwave Therapy: Shockwave therapy is a non-invasive treatment that uses high-energy sound waves to stimulate healing and reduce pain and inflammation.
• Dry Needling: Dry needling is a technique that involves inserting a thin needle into specific areas of the muscle to stimulate healing and reduce pain.
