*Permanent Hire*: If you require long-term staffing solutions, our Permanent Hire service is the ideal solution. Our fee is based on a percentage of the employee's annual salary, and we offer a full replacement guarantee for up to three months after the candidate is hired.

*Temp to Perm*: This service offers a trial period for both employers and employees. The employee works for a pre-determined period, during which time there is always an option to buy out the employee's contract. If the employee proves to be a good fit, the employer can then hire them as a full-time employee without any added fees. Our cost is based on the employee's wage and includes all government source deductions.

*Temporary Assignment*: Our Temporary Assignment service is similar to Temp to Perm, except there is no set time period. The employee realizes that the assignment is open-ended prior to commencement. This solution is ideal for peak periods, seasonal needs, sick/vacation leave, or any other short-term situations.

*Contract*: We also offer contract services that are tailored to our clients' needs.
