Founded in 1979 by Reynald Patenaude, Melanie Construction Inc. has grown from a small family enterprise to a dynamic team of local trade contractors who have been working with us for over 30 years. Our loyalty and cooperation with our contractors allow us to build quality homes within short periods and offer an excellent after-sales service. Today, our team is expanding, and Mr. Patenaude's sons are following in their father's footsteps, joining an excellent team of professionals dedicated to building the best homes in town.
