Group Fitness Classes: Empowering Your Health Journey
Our group fitness classes are designed to empower our members to take control of their health journey. We offer a variety of classes, including circuit training, core strength Pilates, strength, core/stretch, and HIIT classes. Our experienced trainers help clients of all ages and fitness levels achieve their health and fitness goals while making sure they have fun doing it!
- Circuit Training: This class is designed for all levels and abilities. Join us for 1 hour of cardio, strength, and core exercises in a circuit training format.
- Core Strength Pilates: This class focuses on improving posture, flexibility, strength, balance, and body awareness. We incorporate weights, fitness circles, stability balls, and squishy balls to enhance the exercises.
- Strength: This class is a full body weightlifting workout that prioritizes form. We welcome all levels and aim to increase lean muscle, strengthen the body, and define body composition.
- Core/Stretch: This class begins with a 30-minute abs, hips, glutes, and lower back workout, followed by 30 minutes of relaxing stretch.
