Stephen has extensive trial advocacy experience in Provincial, Supreme, and Appellate levels of court in British Columbia, and has acted for and against both public and private insurance companies.

Stephen has also acted as counsel for the Law Society of British Columbia and the Public Guardian and Trustee of the Province of British Columbia. He has been involved in hundreds of real estate litigation actions on behalf of real estate sales persons and agencies throughout the entire province concerning allegations of negligence, breach of contract, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, and building construction issues.

Over the past 30 years, Stephen has participated in excess of approximately 2000 personal injury claims and actions involving motorized vehicles, as well as numerous cases involving occupier's liability with personal injury and property damage.
