Since 1968, McKinley has been a trusted name in the apartment rental industry. Our founders, who were entrepreneurs from the University of Michigan, had a vision to provide quality housing options to the community. Resident Experiences
Maintenance and Repairs
Residents have reported various maintenance and repair issues, including standing sewage in the courtyard, broken closet shelves, and burst pipes causing flooding. Some have experienced difficulties in getting these issues addressed, with long wait times and lack of response from maintenance staff.
Communication
