Convenience and Staff
The reviews highlight some inconsistencies in the store's operations. Author Scott Fillmore was disapproving of the rude staff member in the showroom, who was not wearing a mask despite signs requiring their use. Therese Cormier found it inconvenient that the store is not open on weekends, particularly Saturdays.
