Founded in 1968 by Ed Seguin, the company started with just one truck and the help of his family. Ed, his wife Jeanne-d'Arc, and their four sons began paving and landscaping using only rakes, shovels, and a wheelbarrow. In 1982, Ed Seguin & Sons Trucking and Paving Ltd. became incorporated, and in 1992, two of the sons, Pierre and Maurice, became partners in the company. Today, the company has grown into one of the largest and most diversified suppliers in the West Nipissing area.
