At Mindful Living GTA, we believe that life is comprised of moments that make up our human experience. It's only when we're fully present for those moments that we can truly connect with ourselves, others, and the world around us. As the founder of Mindful Living GTA, my name is Zlata, and I'm committed to helping others cultivate a deeper sense of awareness and presence in their daily lives.

My Journey with Mindfulness

Before I discovered mindfulness, I spent years struggling with anxiety, self-doubt, and feelings of disconnection. I felt trapped in my own mind, plagued by negative thoughts and emotions. It wasn't until I stumbled upon mindfulness that I began to break free from those patterns and start living a more authentic, meaningful life.

My journey with mindfulness has been a lifelong one. I've dedicated myself to studying and practicing various mindfulness techniques, including meditation, yoga, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I've also earned a Master's degree in Counselling Psychology and have over 150 hours of training in ACT.

Who I Am

As a registered psychotherapist, registered professional counsellor, and certified yoga instructor, I've had the privilege of working with individuals from all walks of life. My approach is unique because it combines the wisdom of mindfulness with the therapeutic benefits of psychotherapy.

Rates

  • Phone Consultation: 20 min - Free
  • Individual Psychotherapy Session: 1 hour - $150
  • Combined Psychotherapy & Mindfulness Instruction Session: 1.5 hour - $190
  • Private Mindfulness Instruction: 30 min - $60

About Mindfulness

Mindfulness is the practice of being fully engaged in the present moment, without judgment or distraction. It's the ability to recognize and acknowledge our thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations without getting caught up in them. Mindfulness has been shown to have a profound impact on our mental and emotional well-being, as well as our relationships and overall sense of fulfillment.
