Patient Experience
The reviews of Optima Diagnostic Imaging reveal a mix of patient experiences. On the positive side, Marsha Epstein had a good experience, finding the staff to be very nice and the results available in a few days online. Ismail Hosny was more than happy with the services he received, particularly praising Maryam as the best of the best. Info Best found the staff at the center to be warm and compassionate, especially Dr. Berz and Dr. Arash Ari Gabayan, who helped change their diagnosis from bleak to hopeful. Jajuane Pitts was also highlighted for her kindness and dedication.
However, the reviews also reveal some negative experiences. Michael Hashemi had a terrible experience, finding the staff to be uncaring and the MRI procedure to be poorly executed. He also criticized the lack of secure storage for personal belongings and the unhelpful front desk staff. Just Someone was disappointed with the test report, finding it less detailed than Radnet. Joshua Dillow had a mixed experience, finding the office and staff to be great, but the parking situation to be frustrating due to a $10 minimum at the garage and only partial validation by the office.
