We recommend that children have their first orthodontic consultation by age 7, which allows us to assess how their teeth and jaws are growing and plan treatment, if needed. Meet Our Team

Our highly skilled and dedicated staff of Mitzelle, Mercy, Cynthia, and Quincey have extensive experience with orthodontic patients, allowing us to provide consistent care in a friendly, polite and courteous manner. We are committed to providing quality treatment and efficient and timely visits in a friendly environment.

Dr. Sean Chung

Dr. Sean Chung earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine from the Faculty of Dentistry at University of British Columbia (UBC) where he was awarded the Gold Medal for graduating at the top of his class. He then completed a General Practice Residency at UBC before pursuing the Master of Science Orthodontic Specialty program at the University of Toronto (U of T) Faculty of Dentistry. Dr. Chung is a Canadian Board-Certified Specialist in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopaedics.

Dr. Chung joined the practice in 2013 and continues the commitment and professional values of his predecessors, Dr. Sheila Smith and Dr. Bryan Tompson. He values and demonstrates a balance between clinical practice, academic excellence and involvement and the development of the dental profession.
