Waterjet Cutting
FLOW WaterJet (MACH3) with Dynamic head technology cuts almost any material up to 14" thick, focusing on precision up to 1". The 94,000 PSI pump delivers clean edges on 6.5ft x 10ft sheets. FlowNest and SigmaNest software enhance efficiency for complex geometries in metals, composites, and specialty materials.
CNC Turret Punching
28-station CNC turret punch press achieves 360 HPM at 1" centers with 20-ton servo-hydraulic force. This service excels in creating precise holes, louvers, and embosses in flat sheet metal. Ideal for high-volume runs requiring consistent repeatability across short to large production batches.
