Unsatisfactory Experience

His 2021 Lariat Ford Ranger was supposed to be repaired for minor scratches and paint defects, but the shop took two and a half weeks to complete the job, without keeping him informed of the delays. When he picked up his truck, he was shocked to find that the work was subpar, with swirls and buff marks on every panel, and a new ding on the edge of his door. The shop's manager, Rob, was accused of lying about the work done and failing to address the customer's concerns.
Another customer, Jonathan Robichaud, also had a negative experience. Although he had had positive interactions with Stephanie, the shop's staff, he was disappointed with the quality of the bodywork and the after-sales service. The rust and paintwork issues he had brought to the shop's attention were not resolved satisfactorily, and he felt that the shop had not met his expectations.
