Our guests can enjoy the distinctive character of the buildings and streetscapes, which illustrate the evolution of a neighbourhood over some 150 years.

Cleaning and Maintenance Issues

Several reviewers reported issues with cleanliness and maintenance at the motel. Heather Parsons mentioned that the bedding was low quality and the furnishings were dated. Skyler O'Donnell described the motel as "grimey" and stated that the maid did not clean properly. Amy Webb found bugs in her bed and hair on the towels and toilet seat. Humungisbungis mentioned that the toilets looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a month, and the shower had mold in it.

Customer Service Issues

Many reviewers had issues with customer service, particularly with refunds and deposits. Heather Parsons had to make several requests to get her deposit back, and Ferial Wehbe was initially told she would get a refund but was later denied. Pete Scott and Amy Webb also had issues with deposits and refunds.

Amenities and Value

Some reviewers mentioned that the motel's amenities were lacking. Kay Greene mentioned that there was no coffee maker or breakfast, and Humungisbungis noted that the main restaurant opened late. However, New Fallon was pleased with the full oven, fridge, and dishes provided in their room.
