TRP Construction

TRP Construction, a division of 1014542 Ontario Limited, is a general contracting company that has been serving the Greater Golden Horseshoe area and Southern Ontario regions for over 25 years. Established in February 1993, our main office is located at 107-3050 Harvester Road, Burlington, Ontario, and is operational Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. In addition to our office, we also have a fully equipped workshop in Flamborough, which is stocked with the necessary tools and equipment to ensure our projects are completed efficiently and effectively.

Our company's vision is to deliver exceptional construction services that exceed our clients' expectations, while ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for our employees and subcontractors. Our expertise spans industrial, commercial, and institutional new construction, additions, demolitions, and various aspects of exterior and interior renovations. Current Projects

TRP Construction is currently working on a diverse range of projects, including:

• The Alice Block Residential Development, a $23.8 million project to re-purpose and renovate a four-storey existing building, adding a new fifth storey and a total of 117 housing units.
• The St. James The Apostle Catholic Elementary School, a $16.8 million project to demolish the existing school and construct a new two-story facility with a gymnasium, library, classrooms, and other amenities.
• The Morriston Medical Centre, a $1.7 million project to construct a new one-story medical office building.
• The Wainfleet Fire & Emergency Central Station, a $6.3 million project to construct a new one-story fire station.

Our Team

At TRP Construction, our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional results. With over 28 years of combined experience, our staff is committed to excellence in all aspects of construction. Our team includes two Gold Seal Certified employees, two Gold Seal Interns, and has encouraged all Site Superintendents to participate in the Gold Seal program. We also employ two Carpenter Apprentices in conjunction with Skilled Trades Ontario, ensuring that we are always up-to-date on the latest industry standards and best practices.
