*Benjamin R. V. Marcos, Managing Partner and Principal*

Ben joined Marcos Associates in 2010 and became the Managing Partner and Principal in 2012. Since then, he has been actively refining his professional competencies in the areas of residential and commercial real property law, mortgages and mortgage enforcement, wills, estates, and trusts, corporate and commercial law, as well as civil litigation. With a pragmatic and honest approach, Ben is able to tackle high-stress situations and provide strategic solutions for clients' best interests. He is fluent in English, French, and Portuguese.

*Andrew Coleman, Partner and Chief Operating Officer*

Andrew joined Marcos Associates in 2014 and became an associate focused on corporate and commercial law and real estate. In line with the firm's commitment to providing full-service, Andrew also handles wills and estates, residential real estate, and mortgage enforcement. Guided by principles of competency, civility, and efficacy, he tirelessly pursues clients' professional and personal objectives. Andrew holds a Juris Doctorate, a Masters of Arts in Conflict Studies, and a Bachelor's Degree from McGill University.
