From there, we move on to the preliminary design phase, where we take initial measurements and photographs, and discuss preliminary design sketches and budgets.
In the final design phase, we plan working drawings, acquire millwork drawings, and discuss interior design and product selection. We then obtain necessary permits and approvals, followed by budgeting and product selection. Finally, we provide a finalized project schedule and review our clients' insurance and financing options.
