Our Services
We offer a range of luxurious cottages that can accommodate up to six people, each equipped with three bedrooms, air conditioning, TV, and all the necessities you need for a comfortable stay. Our cottages are designed to provide a home-away-from-home experience, with a family and pet-friendly atmosphere that ensures everyone has a wonderful time.
In addition to our cottages, we also offer a variety of services and amenities to make your stay even more enjoyable. Our state-of-the-art docks provide easy access to the water, and our premier fishing spots ensure that you'll have a successful and relaxing fishing experience. What We Offer
Our resort is strategically located near the center of the lake, just ten minutes from shopping, restaurants, wineries, golf courses, horseback riding services, casino, and gorgeous hiking trails. Unpleasant Experiences
Several guests have had unfortunate experiences at Sunshine Cove, including issues with the owners, amenities, and accommodations. Sandie La Belle reported that the nightly firepit experience did not happen due to the owner not supplying wood as promised, and the owners allegedly had aggressive attitudes. Similarly, Sarah Kenkel had a terrible experience, describing the owner, Susan, as "a nightmare of a human being" who was confrontational with everyone. The cottage she stayed in was also filthy, outdated, and had numerous issues with cleanliness and pests.
Conflicting Stories and Disappointments
Janet Crowder Miller and Janet Miller had contrasting experiences. While they both enjoyed the location and amenities in the past, they were disappointed by a large group that took over the area and disrupted their relaxation. Miller was particularly upset by the group's noise, music, and language, which made it difficult for her to enjoy her stay.
On the other hand, Rebecca McCormick, Keisha Schofield, and Bobby Doodnauth all had positive experiences at Sunshine Cove. They praised the friendly owners, Randy and Susan, and described the accommodations as clean, cozy, and well-maintained.
