Barb Cleveland, for instance, was extremely grateful for the repair of her decorative mirror, which was done promptly and at no cost since it was for a charity fundraiser. Elian Circosta was impressed by the staff's friendliness and the quick service provided, despite his own mistake with the measurements. Jeff Dornan had a positive experience with the installation of a custom glass enclosure for his shower, finding the process smooth and the final result excellent.
