Our History
Deer Ridge has been a beloved vacation destination for families and outdoor enthusiasts alike. Located on the beautiful shores of Deer Lake, our resort spans 41 acres of land and 1000 feet of pristine waterfront, offering endless opportunities for boating, swimming, fishing, and other water recreation. Our resort is conveniently located just 8 kilometers north of the Trans-Canada Highway 17, halfway between North Bay and Sudbury.
Our Services
We offer a range of services and amenities to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Our three housekeeping cottages, ranging from two to four bedrooms, are fully furnished and equipped with all the necessities, including microwaves, coffee makers, kettles, toasters, pots, pans, dishes, bedding, blankets, and pillows. Each cottage has a full-size fridge and stove, flush toilets, and hydro. We also offer boat and motor rentals, canoe rentals, paddleboat rentals, and boat launching services.
Our resort features a variety of amenities, including a fish cleaning hut, horseshoe pit, recreational hall with a pool table, ping-pong table, and board games. We also have a convenience store stocked with worms, ice, and souvenirs. Our beach area is perfect for swimming, and our kids' play area is equipped with a playground and picnic tables.
