Negative Experiences
Despite the promises of a permit to close the road, the manager's poor attitude and lack of apology caused significant inconvenience to residents, blocking driveways and affecting daily life. The construction workers also displayed a bad attitude, with one worker telling a customer to "do whatever you want" when confronted about the issue. Additionally, a customer experienced random water shut-offs without notice, which caused frustration.
Positive Experiences
On the other hand, several customers had positive experiences with the company. The project manager and co-owner were considered smart and impressive, and one customer was excited to have an opportunity to work with them. The company's efficiency and professionalism were also praised, with one customer noting that the site was left clean after construction.
