Design and Manufacturing Issues
One of the reviewers, Craig H., experienced a major issue with his 2011 Hei Hei bike. The frame cracked on the seat post tube, near the crank, which is a known weak spot in the design or manufacturing of the frame. This issue led to a loss of trust in the brand, and Craig is now looking to purchase a new bike from a different manufacturer.
