Our Team

Our firm is owned and operated by Demitry Omrin, who has over three decades of experience in the real estate industry. Demitry formally began his career in real estate in 1989 and ventured into the valuation field in 1991. Since then, he has worked on a wide array of matters, including appraisals, market rental studies, economic analysis, financial modeling, feasibility/re-positioning, consultancy engagements, and mediation. Demitry is devoted to his field and gives back in the form of volunteering with his expertise.
